Full-Time Host or Floor Manager

Two Brothers Tavern is now hiring for a full-time Host to greet guests and manage reservations. Qualified applicants are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on nights and weekends. Preferred candidates must be mature and well-organized professionals, with a teamwork-oriented attitude and work ethic. 

This job requires the use of computers, tablets, point-of-sale systems and the ability to direct others. And while the base pay is $16/hour, Hosts routinely receive $20+/hour after tips. Prior restaurant experience is not required.

We are also seeking a full-time Floor Manager. The Floor Manager would perform all of the tasks of a Host, but additionally would help to on-board new hires, maintain the service standards of our Front of House team, and manage dining room operations. So, if you'd enjoy the intellectual stimulation and fulfillment of a managerial-level position, then this is the role for you. This position starts at $20/hour (plus tips), and pays more for experienced applicants - commensurate with leadership skills and hospitality experience.
