Our New Spring Menu!

Every time we update our menu, we always strive to improve it – whether it be adding more local items, adding dishes that reflect the season, or adding more vegetarian and vegan options. This menu is one of which we’re perhaps most proud. This menu sees the return of some favorites: including a Smoked Turkey BLT Wrap, Shepherd’s Pie and Switchback PEI Mussels + Fries.

It also marks the debut of five new options, all of which are vegetarian, vegan or can be vegan:  Sweet Pea Vichyssoise, Cauliflower ‘Wings’,  Spring Asparagus Panzanella SaladSpring Vegetable Tagine and The ‘Impossible’ Burger

The Impossible Burger is a unique addition to our burger section. It’s a 100% plant-based burger that targets the meat-loving audience. It’s designed to look, taste, smell and mimic the texture of a real beef burger – but with none of the health or environmental impacts. It’s a healthy, sustainable burger, and many passionate red meat eaters we know rave about its flavor. It also happens to be vegan (if ordered without cheese). Holmes and Megan just came back from San Francisco, where they were all the rage, and we decided to introduce them to our Vermont audience. Let us know what you think!
