Kitchen Manager
Two Brothers Tavern is seeking an experienced, full-time individual to manage our kitchen. This is a hands-on position that includes cooking, catering prep, and overall department management. This is an excellent opportunity for a mature professional to set the tone in our kitchen, which is made up of a fabulous crew. You would collaborate with, and be supported by, the operators of this family-owned establishment.
Please note that nights and weekends are required. Start date is flexible, as our current kitchen manager is departing in January, but we're hiring now to try to create as much training overlap as possible.

Server and/or Bartender (Full or Part-Time)
Two Brothers Tavern is looking to hire dynamic individuals for bartending and/or server positions.
This is a fast-paced environment that caters to hard-working and teamwork-oriented individuals who are kind, compassionate, fun and ready to run!
Either position could be full or part-time. We are open seven nights per week, as well as weekend lunches, so it is sometimes possible to build a schedule around classes or a primary job. That said, several of our full-time Front-of-House staff are making well in excess of $300/night and $75,000/year. Please note that, due to our hours of operation, nights and weekends are required.

Door Person
Two Brothers Tavern is looking for mature professionals to welcome and greet late-night guests, check identification, monitor capacity and enforce VT DLC (Dept. of Liquor Control) regulations. This is both a fun and challenging job and candidates need to be detailed-oriented, mild-mannered, measured, observant, kind, firm and fair. Candidates need to be willing to work late nights - typically Thursdays, Fridays and/or Saturdays. Depending on your availability, working one of the three days is fine, or we can offer hours for all. Happy to be flexible. We look forward to meeting you!
